We offer for sale this superb fine 18 Century Indo-Persian Khyber sword. A very fine 16 ½ inches long 2 inches wide, single edge blade with pronounced T spine, forged from very fine wootz (Damascus) steel. Ribbed horn grips with heavy steel bolsters, beautifully decorated with gold koftgari floral design. Wood scabbard covered with delicately tooled leather. Good condition. The horn grip has small beetle damages. The scabbards leather is lightly worn. A fine piece of quality, for the advanced collector .
