This dagger is Indian, probably from Rajasthan or more to the north of India. Late 19 - early 20C. The blade is of a pesh kabz style blade, double curved with a strong T spine. 7 1/2 inches long. Steel D guard. The grip looks like a canine tooth of a big cat, with nicely chased silver mounts. Wood scabbard covered with classical red colored fabric (probably later to the blade). Total length 13 inches. Very good condition. light grinding signs on the blade. .
