Up for sale is this very rare Zirah Bouk Indian mail piercer dagger. The heavy 8 ½ inches down re curving blade forged from fine wootz steel of good high contrast pattern. It is ending with a 3 1/2 inches thickened tip of diamond cross section, so designed to easily pierce even the strongest mail ring. Grips made from black rhino horn (Asian rhino) with steel grip strap. Original leather covered scabbard. Total length 14 inches. Very good condition. A rare dagger in a very elegant shape.
