The Beja daggers with the big X shaped handle, sometimes known as Hadendoa or Beni Amer comes from the West South shores of the red sea. This one is a classical example with an 8 1/2 inches well forged blade of flat diamond cross section, X shaped blackwood handle and tooled leather sheath. Total length 13 1/2 inches. Very good condition.
