This Jambiya dagger is Yemenite, coming from South Yemen and known also as Hejaz Jambiya. It is late 19C. Finely forged Blade with pronounced central rib 8 1/2 inches long. Rhino horn handle with good age color decorated with silver mounts and iron nails and iron collar. Finely chased and pierced silver scabbard. Total length 13 inches. Very good condition. Minor losses to the silver parts on the handle.
