We offer for sale this set of two short Chinese straight swords Jian from the late 19 or early 20 C, housed in one scabbard. Both blades are of flat diamond cross section, 17 inches long. Ribbed wood grip, beautifully engraved brass fitting and brown-yellow (tortoise shell) material for the scabbard cover. Very good condition. A repair of the original cover on the back of the scabbard.
