Very Rare Kiem Vietnamese Straight Sword - 14464
This straight, double edge sword is Vietnamese, late 19- early 20 C. , also known as Kiem. Its narrow long blade is 26 inches long double fullered with a rounded tip. The handle is composed of grip made of very rare fossil tooth (Mammoth ??) and mounted with big chased silver pommel and cross guard. Wood scabbard with beautifully chased silver mounts. Total length 36 inches. Very good condition. A rare sword.
