This rare Indonesian dagger in the style of an Arab Jambiya is also known as and found in Sumatra and Mentawi islands. Its massive curved blade is 10 1/2 inches long, forged from pamor steel. The handle is black horn with a finely carved pommel and silver collar. The wood scabbard is bound with silver strips and silver locket. Total length 15 ½ inches. Very good condition. Minor blackened spots on the blade. Very a scarce item.
