A very good, and complete Kaskara sword from the south Sudan Area. The blade is of better quality than the average seen on such swords and it is marked and engraved with Arabic inscription on both sides praising Allah: Allah Akbar Ale Mohammad God is great and Mohammad family (as well) on one side and Nasr Men Allah Va Fathon Qarib God help us in the upcoming victory. It is 33 ½ inches. The handle is wood covered with leather strips. The scabbard is complete with all harnesses, and also signed: Mohammd Herun probably the owner name. Very good condition. Minor damages to the scabbard tip and leather harnesses.
