This fine Takouba the sword of the Tuareg people is a 19 C. sword, with a very good double edge 32 inches blade marked with faced moon marks on both sides of the blade. The hilt is of the classical Takouba design made of brass. The scabbard is finely tooled leather. wit brass / iron mounts. Total length 38 inches. Very good condition.
