This dagger is a Double Blade Bichwa, a rare weapon in the Indian arsenal, meaning: ‘The Scorpion Sting’. It is old, probably 18 Century. The blades are double edged, re-curving, 7 inches long, with a flat diamond cross section and slightly swollen tips. The hilt is whole steel ring shaped, and riveted to the top of the blades. Total length is 12 inches. Very good condition. No scabbard. This item is offered here at a reasonable price considering its rarity and age.
