The BULLOVA is the traditional fighting axe of the Chota Nagpur aboriginal tribes of central India. We offer here for sale a set of two almost identical axes, with a Moustache shped blades, 7 ½ and 8 inches long, mounted on dark wood hafts, 30 and 34 inches long. The hafts are bound with three brass bands below the blade and one at the very top of the haft. Good condition, with some pitted areas on the blades. Good age patina. Very attractive price.
