There are various opinions regarding this knife: A battle knife?? A working tool? A ceremonial ?? We are not quite sure but the quality of the blade and the workmanship suggests a good working implement that can easily be used as a weapon. Most probably from Thailand. Massive, heavy blade 8 inches long with a brass bolster. Long wood handle with steel collar and brass pommel. Total length 19 1/2 inches. Very good condition. Blackened spot on the blade.
