The blade is of a classical Shamshir sword, 32 inches long, single edge, wedge cross section, forged from very fine wootz steel with clear high contrast watered pattern. Military style whole metal brass scabbard. Total length 38 inches. Very good condition. Well polished and etched blade. Good age patina on the scabbard. A fine shamshir sword.
