This unusual spear with a massive blade made of black horn is carried by the Shilluk people from Southern Sudan Horn blade is 23 1/2 inches long and 2 1/4 inches diameter. The horn blade is fixed to a wood haft with braided fibers. The wood haft is 38 inches long (Unfortunately shortened). Total length 61 inches. Very good condition.
