This very rare chopper / axe / machete like tool is used for both farming works as well as battles by the Pende people as well as the Hungaan and Mbele neighboring tribes residing in south east Zair. Heavy, non symmetrical and deadly sharp disk shaped blade with a pronounced T back, 8 1/2 x 12 inches in size. Wood handle. Very good condition. a rare example.
