This is not in my usual line of items, but a colleague asked me to sell it for him and I find this item rare and interesting. It is supposedly an Italian socket bayonet for use on shotguns (?), 18 C. Very rare especially with the scabbard in almost perfect condition. The blade is 7 inches long, with filing and the socket is brass. Light pitting on the blade. Really an unusual find for the bayonet collectors. Add 10.00 Dollars for priority mail shipment.
