This fine war mace is 19 C. from Papua new Guinea, with a black stone head, 3 ½ inches in diameter 3 inches thick. 50 inches long hard wood haft with a flared head. Very good condition, good highly polished age patina on the haft. Quite a scarce item and an important addition to any weapon / tribal art collection.
