This unusual flyssa version was converted to a European style hunting short sword. A steel cross guard is added and a scabbard made in this style. Blade 16 1/2 inches set with classical brass decoration. The hilt is engraved brass in a styled animal head. The scabbard is covered with leather and mounted with brass mounts. Total length22 inches. Very good condition.
