This sword, of classical Mameluke style has a curved blade, 32 inches long, steel cross guard and grip strap finely decorated with gold koftgari work and ivory grips. \leather covered scabbard with silver plated locket and brass chape (later). Total length 37 inches. Very good condition. Old repair on the grips. Mid 19 C.
