We offer here for sale a large late 19 Century war shield from Ethiopia. It is a conical shape, 22 inches in diameter (larger than the usual 16-18 inches) and 5 inches high, and of Buffalo (?) hide very nicely tooled with geometrical design. Very Good condition, all part complete and undamaged. Beautiful shining age patina. Quite rare at this size and age.
