Up for sale is this Turkish military saber for use by high ranking officers in the Turkish army, late 19 C. or very early 20 C. The saber employs a military style blade, most probably of European origin, 31 inches long wit a 10 inches raised back edge (Yelmaen) Horn grips with white metal grip strap and cross guard. Total length 37 inches. Very good condition. Minor loss to the grip strap.
