This early Qama is Georgian, early – mid 19C. Fine laminated blade 13 inches long 2 inches wide with maker marks. Massive single piece horn handle with silver rosettes covers on the rivets . Wood scabbard with tooled leather cover, steel belt band and heavy steel chape. Brass locket. Total length 19 ½ inches. Very good condition. Very impressive Qama.
