This dagger / short sword is Syrian, late 19 – early 20 C. Qama style blade 17 ½ inches long, 2 inches wide, finely and richly decorated with silver Koftgari inlay work. Steel handle and scabbard mounts also richly decorated with silver inlay work. Total length 25 inches. Very good condition. Minor losses to the silver inlay work.
