This fine pair of spears is coming from North Africa or the Western Sahel. Probably Tuareg. A long one 64 inches long and a short one 30 inches long. Both blades are very well forged, 8 and 5 inches long with long sockets decorated with inlaid brass / copper strips. Polished wood shafts. Steel tails with flared tips. Very good condition. The bras / copper inlay and the flared tips suggests the North African / Tuareg attribution. Very nice pair.
