This is a 19 century Hindu dagger in the style of the 17th C. similar daggers from South India. The deeply re-curving blade is 8 inches long, forged from pattern welded steel (Damascus). The hilt is cast brass with a D guard. Total length 12 inches. No Scabbard. Very good condition. A unusual item of quality at a very reasonable price.
