This Khanjar dagger is Indian, Moghul, late 18 C. Finely forged blade as well as the grips, bolsters and grip strap - all of high quality Wootz (watered) steel of clear strong pattern. Original fabric covered scabbard with steel mounts. Blade 8 ½ inches. Total length 14 inches. Very good condition. Original un touched polish and etching of the blade. Original fabric cover of the scabbard (lightly worn).
