This very good dagger is probably early 20C. from the Manding people of the west Sahara. The double edge blade is 10 inches long finely decorated with dot punched design. The handle is wood covered with leather with nicely engraved brass bolster. Tooled leather scabbard. Total length 15 inches. Very good condition. The braided leather work on the handle suggests the Manding attribution.
