Fine two handed Dah sword. Slightly up-curving 22 inches blade of classical form, well forged with ridged spine. Two handed 14 inches handle covered with silver bands and braided rattan bands in its center. Onion shaped silver pommel. Scabbard covered with silver bands and mounts. Total length 39 inches. Very good condition. The big onion shaped pommel suggests a Thai origin. Late 19 C. A very impressive sword.
