We offer for sale this utility knife of the Bagobo tribe, Mindanao, Philippines also known as women’s knife. The blade is up-curving 6 1/2 inches long, single edge at the convex side and nicely filed on the spine. The hilt is grained wood. The angle of the blade to the hilt allow to hold the knife only with the edge upside or in the direction of the holder. Wood scabbard bound with braided rattan and simple belt from red fabric. Total length 14 inches. Very good condition. An authentic item.
