This knife is Indonesian, probably from Java. Blade of early date, probably 18 C, with good pamor structure. Later made finely carved wood handle and scabbard, in the style of a keris mounts. Blade 10 inches, total 16 inches. Very good condition considering the blade age. Blade perforated in two spots due to excessive age and may be etching.
