This fine Dah knife is most probably from Burma, late 19 C. heavy blade with hard steel edge forge welded to a softer spine. Blade length 11 inches. Beautifully carved ivory handle ribbed longwise. Wood scabbard with red fabric cover and filigree silver bands. Total length 18 inches. Very good condition. The red fabric cover is a later addition.
