Up for sale this fine and long sword of the Azande from central Zaire (also used by the Boa neighboring tribe). Early 20 C. Very large 31 inches long, 4 inches wide blade very finely fullered. Wood handle. Total length 34 inches. Very good plus condition. To deminstrade the blade size it is shown below next to a more common Azande sword of similar shape. Hard to find African authentic weapons of this fine quality and condition.
