This fine dagger is from the Ambo People (also known as Ovambo) from Angola and Namibia. The finely forged blade with a central rib is 8 ½ inches long. The handle and the scabbard are hardwood, scabbard is carved from a solid piece of wood partially opened in the front. Total length 13 inches. Very good condition. Minor wood chip at the scabbard tip.
