The fine wootz (Damascus, watered) steel blade is of Persian origin, marked with gold inlay maker mark, Baduh (magic square) and inscription in Arabic letters. Tulwar style steel handle with gold cover. Blade 28 inches, total 33 inches. Very good condition. Losses to the gold cover on the handle.
