This chopper like knife is most probably of Thai origin, mid to late 19 C. The heavy short blade is 7 ½ inches long. Ivory handle with a long silver sleeve. Scabbard is very nice grained wood with white metal binding bands and chape. Total length 12 ½ inches. Very good condition. Unusual and interesting knife
