This spear is from Zaire, probably Ngombe, early to mid 20 C. Massive 27 inches blade forged with a “step” central line together with a 4 inches socket. The haft is wood bound with iron and brass strips and with carved grip in its center. Steel tip. Total length 61 ˝ inches. Very good condition. Original black patina on the blade
