This spear is from Zaire, probably Ngombe, early to mid 20 C. 24 inches blade with decorative piercing forged together with a 5 inches socket. The haft is wood bound with iron and brass strips and with carved grip in its center. Steel tip. Total length 58 ½ inches. Very good condition. Light pitting and edge nicks on the blade.
