This fine dagger is Persian, Qajar period, late 18 to early 19 C. Finely forged wootz blade with a central fuller and gold inlay (true inlay) decoration at the base. Steel handle chiseled with a classical Qajar style of human faces birds and plants. Blade length 8 ½ inches. Total 13. Very good condition. No scabbard.
