Up for sale is this fine and early arm dagger from Sudan. 8 ½ inches well made blade and nicely fullered.. Wood grip with fine filigree silver mounts bounds with silver wired on the grip. The blade is dated 1317 ( 1899 in the Gregorian Calendar). Tooled leather scabbard with fine filigree silver chape. Total length 13 1/2 inches. Very good condition. The arm loop is missing.
