This Matchlock gun is Indian, 18 C. made for a youngster. Barrel length 29 inches, fantastically forged from twisted steel bars (Damascus) in various patterns. Also the steel side plates are forged from twisted steel bars. Hardwood stock marked with number (armory number?) and ivory butt. Total length 45 inches. Very good condition.
