Japanese blades are not really the core of our business and our knowledge in it is quite limited. What we offer for sale here looks to us as a military issue sword employing an earlier (??) blade. Military style steel scabbard and brass mounts. Blade length 28 inches. Total 40 inches. Very good condition. Minor edge nicks.
