Good Two Handed Fighting Dah Sword, Burma - 9705

This is a real fighter, late 19 to early 20 C., Burma. Very good blade, 21 inches long, and a very long two handed handle, 13 inches long perfectly balancing the blade. Both handle and scabbard are covered with braided rattan rings to ensure a firm grip. Silver mounts on the handle. Total length 34 inches. Very good condition. Pommel cap is missing. Few rattan bands on the scabbard are missing. This Dah sword comes with its original baldric carrying rope. Very reasonable price. |
