Up for sale is this very good knife, Greek origin, dated on the blade in both Islamic date of 1324 and Gregorian date of 1906. The single edge blade is 6 inches long, engraved with a typical Greek decoration and dated all in well performed engraving. The handle and bolsters are silver with fine niello design. Original leather covered scabbard. Total length 10 1/2 inches. Very good condition. Nicely patinated blade with minor blackened spots.
