From North China, Mongolia, early to mid 20 C., comes this finely made short sword. Well forged blade, nicely fullered with a central ridge. Carved jadeite handle. Heavy silver scabbard set with corals, turquoise and cornelian stones. Total length 19 inches. Mint condition. A very well made and very decorative sword.
