Up for sale is this old and very rare sword, late 17 to early 18 C. The patissa shaped blade with a spatula tip is 31 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide forged from very fine wootz steel. The handle is whole steel, old Hindu style, with long reinforcement extension bars to hold the blade. Total length 36 inches. Very good condition to age. Trac3s of brazing repair on the cross guard.
