This unusual sword is made in the United Kingdom by Robert Mole and Sons of Birmingham. Mid to late 19 C. Blade 31 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide. Signed MOLE, BIRMm. Steel hilt in a general style of an Indian Tulwar handle and marked I 771. Leather covered scabbard stitched in a very European style. Brass chape. Total length 35 inches. Very good condition.
