Up for sale is this heavy sword, Parang style, most probably Javanese, late 19 to early 20 C. very fine heavy blade, 24 inches long, with clear pattern welding. Carved wood handle and wood scabbard. Total length 31 inches. Very good condition. Good shining age patina on the wood. Crack on the handle on one side but holds very solid. Very impressive sword.
