Up for sale is this Parang style short sword, Java late 19 C. The heavy blade is 19 inches long, forged from good laminated steel. Horn handle with nice honey color. Wood scabbard bound with rattan fibers of alternating colors. Total length 24 inches. Very good condition. Grinding signs on the blade. Minor horn chips on the handle.
