Up for sale is this very good and complete Kaskara sword from the south Sudan Area. The blade is of better quality than the average seen on such swords and it is engraved in an attempt to copy similar blades of European origin. It is more than 34 inches long. The handle is wood bound with leather strip and decorated with colored cotton tassels. The scabbard is made of tooled leather and it comes complete with the hanging belt and Aluminum tip (later). Total length 40 1/2 inches. Very good condition.
